Mandeep and his team were professional and good to work with. They got on the front foot with a lot of open homes early. At one point we were encouraged by him to accept an offer that was much less than we had hoped for (being told that he didn't think there would be any better offers), and we signed that contract but it fell through due to building inspection and we eventually sold for significantly higher than that first contract, so we weren't thrilled with that initial advice to sign the first lower contract. But overall we would happily recommend for others to work with Mandeep and his team.
