Overall we got a great price for our property, for that we are very happy. We did feel like we didn't have as much communication as we would have preferred. And our final offer came through later in the evening while we were out celebrating with family, and there was a lot of pressure/urgency to sign that night, this threw off the whole night as we went into business mode.
