Good Experience

Mandeep was keen to help us get into our first home as a young, growing family which was appreciated. Belle Property had quite a manual process of physical paperwork rather than Docusign which became a bit of a hassle at times when you're already overwhelmed with paperwork from various parties. Email and phone communication was to my husband only, I wasn't CC'd into emails. I also received a text message following our property going unconditional inviting me to inspect other properties 'similar to what I might be looking for'. So I felt I wasn't really considered an integral part of the purchase process. Settlement day was underwhelming and lack lustre, our mortgage broker and solicitor were more excited. Overall a decent experience but certainly some minor gripes along the way that have stuck with us.
