Mandy's knowledge of the Market, particularly Andergrove was awesome. We were selling our QLD property from NSW and although we once lived in QLD, we never lived in Mackay. Mandy suggested a price to list our property based on the results of surrounding similar houses for sale. We didn't agree initially but Mandy was happy to support our decision to list for higher than her suggested price. The decision of ours showed, as we didn't get the amount of interest we thought. The time of COVID 19 and many people loosing jobs didn't make the situation easier. We dropped the price, after seeing and realising we were unrealistic, but to an amount that gave us leeway for getting to close to what we wanted (which was closer to Mandy's suggestion in the initial place). Mandy kept us up to date on all the open viewings, and all interested parties, with feedback from the parties. Mandy's suggestions of virtual photo's, and other ideas were optional. We did decide to do the optional virtual photos, as we felt it gave a better dimension, ideas and utilisation of the rooms (as the house was vacant). We weren't in a hurry to sell and Mandy was again more than supportive, knowing how we felt. A couple of hiccups with contract extensions, but not related to our partnership with Mandy. Again the support was there and reassurance through Mandy re: the buyer's genuine interest. Would I use Explore Property again? Yes, definitely. The fees charged are reasonable, the feedback, communication, knowledge, and professionalism with Mandy was great.

Disappointed in the fact that house was not bond cleaned, carpets or pest control carried out as specified. Lack of communication around what was requested and what was actually delivered. No welcome or congratulations pack from real estate agent. Felt as though agent was not working for me as a buyer.
Mandy was a pleasure to deal with and her knowledge of our area was excellent. Our property was listed as promised, photography very good and advertising well done. Property sold within a week of being listed and at first open house. Settlement was completed within 35 days of contract signing. Mandy made selling our property a very easy process and stress free.
Mandy was always happy to respond to any of our queries and even gave some sound advice. She even watched our 1 year old in the house while we were looking outside of the house we were going to buy. She is not pushy and doesn't try and force a house down your throat and gives plenty of time and space while that big decision to buy is made.
