Mandy is very professional, down to earth and excellent at understands your needs. Throughout my time researching a new home, she took interest in what I was looking for, my personality and always went out of her way to help. Not a 'typical' real estate sales person. I would recommend her to anyone.

I found Mandy pleasant, friendly and professional to deal with for the negotiation process in buying our new house. I did not find her to be misleading or untruthful in my dealings with her. I think her service level before and during the sale was significantly more responsive than after the sale. Prior to the sale going through she was very prompt in all of her responses, and nothing was too much trouble. After the sale I found it took her longer to come back to me, and sometimes she didn't come back at all ( for example I did ask her to arrange a quote to raise the height of the fence -something she had advised me would not be a problem - which never happened and she never got back to me to update me as to why).
