Easy selling experience with Mandy

Just completed settlement of a successful and smooths sale of our mum’s retirement living village home with Mandy from Home Realty Group. Mandy met us at our mum’s property and advised on a price that comfortably met her aged accommodation cost requirements. From here Mandy kept us up to date regularly as she took buyers through the property. When a buyer was found they were very close to finalising their own sale which allowed for a very smooth and quick settlement process. The commission was very reasonable and less than other quotes. All made for a straightforward process that allowed us to finalise our mums aged care requirements with minimal stress.
