First-Class Service

Now that the sale of our property has reached settlement, it’s a perfect time to commend our agent Mandy Rowe for her first-class service. Her work on our behalf, and her personal example, have been impeccable throughout. In a time of declining moral and ethical values, she has always set an example of integrity — for example, arriving punctually for each visit, following through on any requests, and promptly answering emails. We also appreciated her communication regarding the home inspections and other developments, as well as being a go-between for us and the buyers. Furthermore, we were impressed how she chose to work with a pre-sale property stylist (whose costs she covered) who presented us with recommendations for improving the appearance of the home. Before opening the home for inspections, Mandy then further enhanced the rooms with decorations such as plants, flower arrangements, cushions on empty sofas, and even a rug for the floor in the one room with stained carpet. Her styling items gave the impression of an inviting home, and no doubt contributed to a quick sale.
