Maninder has been looking after my property since I purchased it last year. What I like about him is that he is fair to both the owner and the tenants unlike the greater majority of the agents who are biased towards the owners as their commission is paid by them. This is unfair and inequitable. Maninder will come to me with all the fair demands made by tenants and that help us come to a reasonable resolution. Maninder id also very regular and prompt transferring rents to my account which helps managing my household budget. Thank you Maninder and Team.
