Have dealt with Manish on a previous occasion but this time he went above and beyond what was expected of him. I was anxious as to how we could possibly sell our family home of nearly 43 years with all the built up and excessive items around the house and a couple of niggly issues outside and was feeling down and out about it. However, with encouragement from Manish and a few tips and suggestions as to how to go about clearing the 'problems' I thought I/we would have, come settlement day everything went off so smoothly I couldn't believe it - I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real.
