Hi Robin, it’s sad to see such a negative review and while I welcome all feedback this review unfortunately is not at all accurate. I always strive to meet my clients needs and go beyond these requirements to ensure a smooth and stress free transaction and this review does not line up in any way with the service provided. All issues from the final inspection were addressed and
the settlement agents were notified of the same. Both my amazing vendor and myself, went above and beyond right from the beginning to provide you a great purchasing experience. Whether it was helping you to take measurements of the rooms for your tradesman, or helping you choose the furniture you wanted to buy from the seller or waiting for you for more than an hour with my young one outside the house when you turned up late in order to help you organise to keep your household belongings in the garage. Furthermore, I went out of the way to help you provide keys for your new house at an unusual time and agreed to meet you with the keys at 9pm at night at your new house even though I was looking after my kids as my wife was at work. Instead, your selling agent provided you with my personal residential address when you came over at 8.30pm and started pounding and banging on my door which woke up my kids who were then sleeping and were startled at this and started crying.
So, your review does not line up in any way with the service provided as you’ll see from the other reviews. I wish you all the very best.
