Manj is incredibly charismatic, and he combines this charm with his expertise of the Perth property market. We felt confident throughtout the buying process that we weren't being manipulatated, it was also clear that he was working very hard for the seller he was representing. There was a mutual regard, and a Manj shared a huge amount of knowledge and wisdom that made our move from Europe to WA that much easier. If/when we come to sell, we will most certainly ask Manj to be our representative.
