From arranging the property to get to a point to be ready for sale, through to arranging repairs when bad weather damaged our property a few days before settlement. What could have been very stressful situation was managed by Mansi with ease and all repairs were made before the settlement date.

unless you want to here a bunch of "I don't knows" I would suggest you use a different agent. She was no help to me at all. House was advertised as having evaporative cooling, after moving in a realised it did not have. I spoke to Mansi about it and she advertised me that the previous owner told her it had it so that's what she believed. I then went back onto the advertisement and it had been removed from it (I have the proof to prove so) When consumer affairs approached her about the issues she told all the lies she could! But hey she returns your phone calls if you call her enough and remind her you exist. Hope you are happy with the rating you kept asking for Mansi

I am a bit disappointed with RELIANCE real estate how our sales process and management of the property in particular was handled. I have contacted Director of Melton Reliance Real Estate Sandy Rana to sell our home. After we have compilated documents he has appointed Mansi to sell it without even telling us. I have nothing against Mansi but I think it is very unprofessional, as if I wanted to go with Mansi I would have called her directly. In regards to the management. Property manager never called us to advise of Final Inspection outcome, released bond without our consent. I have asked Sandy for the property manager to call me back in regards to final inspection, but no one called us! Please avoid management services by this agency. In regards dealing with Mansi, she has been pleasant to deal with, got in touch on regular basis and did all the inspections. One thing I am not convinced, is that all the effort was put in to achieve the best possible price for us. So I give 4 star to Mansi.
