We met Manual while spending time searching for a house in the Central Coast earlier in 2022. Not only was he polite, knowledgeable and welcoming when we first met, but he also followed up with recommendations he made during our conversations and wasn't just saying things to fill the space. He gave us recommendations on places to eat, have coffee and visit to really get to know the area prior to making a decision to purchase. In addition he was always fast to follow up on questions we had and we could tell was making an effort to keep us informed along the way.
