My experience with Sammut Real Estate Agency with the sale of my house was smooth ,quick and ALL of the staff were exremely competent friendly with a no non-sense approach. Manuel Sammut approached me about selling my property in Cloverdale WA, the property had been in the hands of a different agent for about 5 months, and, during this time there was little interest as evidenced by poor home open attendance. This changed as soon as Manuel took over, almost immediately, interested, potential buyers started coming through, many on each given home open. It was very surprising how this had turned around so suddenly with the interest in this same property that had sat quietly over the prior five months. Manuel was very pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to accommodate any requirement with a no-stress attitude.
