Manyel was great to work with, we worked together on the sale. He listened and guided rather than just trying to get a quick sale. He was available to contact even on his days off. His experience certainly paid off for me... he looks after the vendor whilst working with the buyer, very grateful for the experience.

After the same Response Office had managed my property as a rental for many years, the time had come to sell. I contacted Manyel to initally do a valuation for me. He worked in with the rental manager to get access with a difficult tenant. He gave me a honest report on the condition of the property and what repairs were needed as well as a current value (as it was) and also a price if i cleaned it up and presented it at it's best potential. I signed him up after negotiating on our commission, which was very fair. He then helped the tenant to organise a council clean up. Once getting the keys & access i was able to start on the necessary repairs. He contacted me and visited the property regularly during this time giving me advice and feedback on what were the key things to concentrate my attention on. It was getting close to the end of the year, so he helped me get it on the market and listed just before the market started to slow. We got lots of interest and had it sold on the day of the 2nd open house for a price that i was super happy with. He had also recomended a conveyancer that was excellent. The team all worked together to get it settled without any problems. At my final tidy up before hand over, a large branch had come down in the back yard. Manyel came around with the Estates work van the next morning and removed it for me. Overall a very good experience and i would recomend his service to anyone without hesitation.

Manyel approach is vey professional polite but also assertive. He attempts to please his clients as much as possible and delivers his service in such a way that clients are always satisfied. I also find that he is always prepared to give advices and would go the extra mile to help. He is seems to be very willing to retain his clients.
