I have known Marc for some time now, l seen Marc at other houses witch weren’t the right houses for me. It was Devine timeing for me when the housing market slow down that’s when Marc rang up, he told me about the 3 bedroom 2 loungroom 1 bathroom, & a good size block , I look over the property and new it was the house I was looking for. Marc and me, we got on. We had the same view about the business of this sale and we got there in the end. Despite some tricksy stuff at my end. An understanding of the current economic climate, (around Banking Royal Commission for e.g.) was useful to me though he was not prescriptive in any way. A general understanding of people allowed him to gauge responses to offers and the like. In all, a satisfying experience under the circumstances. The STAR Is lost above due to nobody having a crystal ball!
