Marc is the best agent working for the best agency in Bendigo. His professionalism and energy to get us the absolute best sale price for our home was a joy to behold. He guided us through the process and reassured us every step of the way. Making it a smooth, stress free process. It took a mere 2 weeks for our house to sell for a fantastic price. Thanks Marc from 2 very grateful vendors.
Our whole family found Marc to be very relateable and easy to get along with. Nothing was ever too much trouble during the sale of our house and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. Marc took a genuine interest in our property and regularly touched base and kept us updated. We would happily recommend Marc and his team to anyone looking at putting their house on the market. 10/10!
Mark's solid understanding of the market and his personal approachability gave us confidence as we negotiated the process of selling our much-loved family home. We were delighted with the outcome.
Marc did a fantastic job of selling out property, he’s a great communicator and very knowledgeable of the Bendigo property market.
We have enjoyed working ith Mark. he has been extremely helpful during the process of preparing our house for sale thorugh to scheduling Open House inspections , then on to the actual sale. He has made the proces as simple as possible for us .
We first met Marc when my brother was a purchaser and his open, approachable style impressed us and when we decided to sell our property we had no hesitation in contacting Marc. Marc has great communication skills, he kept us constantly informed from first open to final sale, which was completed in under two weeks. He was able to negotiate a sale price very close to our expectations. As we were not locals Marc willingly took on some extra tasks for us and we feel that his local knowledge of the market and the selling process was invaluable to us. We highly recommend Marc to any prospective vendor or purchaser.
Fabulous agent to deal with from start to finish. Marc has a no bull approach to getting the job done and gave me a realistic pricing and strategy to selling my house and kept the communication lines open at all times. In a world of people who will tell you what you want to hear in order to get your money it was a breath of fresh air to come across someone like Marc who put me at ease and gave me confidence that he was going to do everything he could to help me with such an important financial decision.
I was incredibly happy with Marc and highly recommend him. His enthusiasm, communication, attention to detail, knowledge and negotiating skills were instrumental in the sale of my house.
Thanks Marc. We appreciate your communication throughout the process. 👍
