Marc helped us immensely to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several weeks). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. While the process of home buying was much more difficult than we’d imagined. Marc gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Marc made it as painless and straightforward as possible. He even recommended a solicitor (who is really so good) in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Marc was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our contract and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He would assist us with all the bank inspections, plan and collaborate with the bank, owners and solicitors which actually made us stress-free. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. I highly recommend Marc! We asked him a tonne of questions every day (some meaningful and a few silly questions) and he patiently answered each of those - in most cases she went one step further to provide additional context for us to understand things better. This made our transaction very smooth! All in all - very transparent & easy to work with! The home purchase experience seemed much easier with Marc by our side. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Marc again or give him anything but the highest recommendation.
