A big thank you to Marc for helping me sell my property in under 3 weeks for well above my expectations. His experience & guidance through-out the entire selling process was outstanding. Marc is easy to deal with & I would highly recommend using his services.
We recently bought a property and Marc was very helpful throughout the process. We would recommend him
The sale was quick and within the estimated market appraisal range. Marc is proactive, to the point and very approachable. He keeps you informed, and he knows the local market, given his many years of experience in the area. I have every confidence in Marc's negotiating skills as evidenced by the excellent result achieved, as well as his direct and honest approach. I have no hesitation in recommending Marc if you want to buy or sell your property.
Many Thanks to Mark Dissinger after purchasing a property through Mark a very well Experienced sales person with a very Positive attitude and fair with negotiating and understanding our needs as a Purchaser ,i will definitely be looking forward to deal with Mark in the future due to the Honesty i have Experienced
I have dealt with many Agents in the past but felt Marc was the ultimate professional through-out my dealings with him. He was always punctual, showed courtesy when inspecting the property multiple times (even after hours) & was always available to answer any of my questions. Thanks again for all your help Marc, you will definitely be hearing from all my friends & family!!
It was a pleasure dealing with Marc in the purchase of my investment unit. Marc provided a no nonsense and professional experience from the initial negotiation of the unit to my ultimate purchase. Would definitely use his expertise and services again
We bought and sold with Marc. He was down to earth and told us 'how it really was' from the beginning. He didn't lie about what our property was worth to try and get us signed up. Marc updated us at every step and was personable during the process. We would use Marc again.
I both purchased and sold this property with Marc and Ralph Real Estate so I know what it's like to deal with him from both sides. Marc is responsive, honest and straight forward to work with. When I put my property on the market, Marc worked hard (including making a visit to the purchasers to negotiate in person!) to turn around the sale in a short time. He was successful in negotiating a price that allowed me to make a timely offer on another property I was interested in. I was kept well updated through phone and email along the way which is helpful when you're looking to purchase at the same time as selling. Would recommend Marc to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the Lakemba area. He has great local knowledge and a good work ethic that will get you over the line.
We purchased our house from Marc. He has shown impeccable professionalism and has a friendly and honest demeanor. He has also been very helpful. Highly recommend Marc!
We found Marc Dissinger extremely professional right from the word go. His approach was honest and realistic. He listened to what we requested and was adaptable to any suggestions we made. We were happy that he remained calm during the selling campaign and this reassured us immensely. The result was better than any of us expected and even if the sale had not been successful, we would not hesitate recommending Marc and his office.
Hi Marc thanks for all the sales you've done . Any one intested in selling in Lakemba his the man. Cheers
