We purchased a property from Marc in Wiley Park. We had met him several times at other properties and he was familiar with out circumstances. He is straight with the information and the facts, did not try to push us into anything we didn't want. When we found the right property he was very helpful in obtaining it for us even when there were several interested parties. He did not create a silent auction and was fair to "first in best dressed" principle. He was also reachable for questions and answered everything which eased any stress we had.
