Marc did well to obtain a sale for my property in Queensland. I feel the Sale by Tender process lowered the sale price and probably worked in favour of the buyers rather than the seller. Marc was courteous and I have no complaints regarding his interactions.

Marc was able to secure a great contract at the second open home. There were a few problems with the house at the building inspection, Marc was able to take control and fix all problems without me needing to worry. The house was being rented at the time I sold, once again Marc looked after everything that was required. I am always happy to recommend Marc and LJ Hooker Albany Creek.
