My first Impression of Marc on our first meeting is his level of enthusiasm. This property was a hard sell. Existing tenant, lease ed til May 2023. No time to prepare the villa for open house, basically a shambles and untidy inside. Tenants were present at open house and you could not gloss over presentation because it was in front of you. The remarkable thing that Marc brought in were people. Potential buyers. I’m talking up to 30-40 groups, not people, each time he had an open house. Again. Offers were 60k- 100k below my expectation. In the end we got a buyer and Marc managed to keep the price close to my estimate. Well done Marc, I admire your tenacity and determination to achieve our goal. Your a benchmark to be reckoned with.
