Marc Haddad and team are very precise, thorough, direct, straight forward with their opinions and most encouraging by being positive all the time. It started with the photos of the different parts of the house, the floor plan, the marketing and advertising were all at the right time and the time frame for the auction. From when we had the initial conversation of selling the house until the house was sold , the team kept us on the loop for every house inspection made and the results / comments from the buyers and the market status and the price offers from each buyer. We had confidence with the suggestions and strategy of Marc 3 days before before the auction. He was very honest with the reserve price and what could be the worst scenario.
