At each inspection & the auction there was a big crowd, with a large number of registered bidders. An absolute credit to them that they could manage this without anyone really seeing the property in person.

Marc has a great working knowledge of the Mulgrave area & market conditions. This property was a challenge to sell; 1970s house next to huge power lines. Mark and I discussed renovating to improve chances of finding the right buyer & getting a great price. He was able to manage contractors for renovations, repairs + painting & gardening, made it look great within a few weeks.
