If it wasn't for Marc Phillips we doubt our property would have sold. Marc went above and beyond working for and with us on getting our 70 acre horse property signed sealed and delivered. He was available 7 days a week and always took our phone calls no matter what time we called. He was excellent at keeping us up to date and honest with his approach. We always felt we were in great hands which gave us confidence through what was a tumultuous time. We highly recommend Marc.
