I have no hesitation in recommending Marc Weizman from Amber Whercon Real Estate.From the very beginning I told him the price that I thought the property was worth and he agreed with my evaluation. We then put the house on the market $5000 dollars above the original estimate and after 3 weeks we had some interest but that was it. He suggested dropping the price and the following weekend we had a contract signed but a few days before the contract was to go unconditional the buyers pulled out.
