Marcel provided a very professional service & demonstrated a good knowledge of the housing market in the area where I purchased. He was very proactive in making the purchase of my new property very streamline & he provided a good line of communication which made me feel informed & took away the stress that one would usually expect in this sort of process.

I have dealt with many agents in my time in selling my homes and I have to say that Marcel has by far been the best I have dealt with.. I have had a few agents recently come and view my 2 properties but it was his knowledge and advise his punctuality and his attention to detail that was amazing.. He certainly knows his real estate and how to get the best for his clients..a few changes here and there made such a difference... Thank you Marcel it's has been a pleasure working with you.. Best Regards Jenny M

Marcel was very informed about local sales in the area we purchased in. He was attentive to our needs and patiently answered all our questions, allowing us ample time at the home we purchased. A very professional salesman, a friendly and no pressure young man! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any one looking for a reliable real estate agent for selling or buying. Thanks Marcel!

This is the second time Marcel has assisted our family with a sale and we have been very happy both times. He is the perfect blend of efficiency and understanding, providing prompt and contemporary marketing services whilst also understanding and respecting our particular objectives. Can’t recommend him enough.

We couldn’t recommend Marcel enough. From start to finish the process was smooth, stress-free and Marcel was always available if we ever had any queries. We were extremely happy with the service we received and couldn’t fault a single thing. We would highly recommend and will be in contact with Marcel again should we or our friends or family wish to purchase in the future. Thanks so much Marcel for helping us move into our dream home :)

Marcel was extremely helpful and attentive every step of the way from first putting my property on the market all the way through to settlement. His knowledge and attention to detail in presenting and selling my house within a week is very impressive. It was always easy contacting and communicating with Marcel and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Marcel was extremely helpful to me as the buyer and promptly arranged inspections and remedial work as required in order to settle on time. He made the first home buying experience less stressful.

Marcel is the most professional, friendly, helpful and efficient real estate agent we have come across! He maintained exceptional communication with us over the whole process and was always available to answer questions. Thank you for making the purchase of our first home such a simple and stress-free experience Marcel - you're the best!

I was working with the buyer in its final stages & into handover, helping him prepare to move into his new apartment. Marcel was only too happy to help with the execution when neither of us were available to meet tradies or scheduled deliveries. Even after settlement he was still working with us. Awesome !

Marcel was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous in all aspects of the sale of my home. He explained the process of the sale of my home and the complex documentation in full. Was happy to answer all queries at any time of the day and night and called in to see me on numerous occasions to explain matters in full. Will use Marcel for all future property transactions. I have referred him to all my friends and acquaintances and have been very impressed with his expertise and knowledge in the housing industry.

I highly recommend you to place the sale of your home in Marcel’s hands. He has a sound knowledge of the Hilton area and researches realistic prices. Marcel is very genuine and I trusted his guidance . First home open had two offers ... and SOLD Fiona Brown

Marcel was always pleasant, helpful and sincere, never pushy. I was happy with the valuation and the quick sale of my Hilton home, in due to Marcel”s good work (Under offer within 7 days). He wasted no time with the photography, advertising, floor plan and bringing prospective buyers through the home. The thought of selling my home had filled me with dread, but Marcel did everything he could to reduce the stress. I am happy to recommend Marcel to anyone considering selling their home.
