In the end the marketing fee was only half of what it could be if I chose other agency I also liked the fact that they have associates with furniture staging companies to make your unit look a little nicer to be more instagram friendly and the charges are reasonable and the outcome was amazing As I was selling my unit in a purchasers' market it was hard to receive the sales price i desired but Britton ensured that I did not sell my unit well below the market value. It took about close to 4 months to sell and I was glad that it did not dragged on to over 6 months where I was paying both mortgage and rent.
