That Marcia is ranked Number 1 in Duncraig doesn't surprise me. After months of debating when, who and how we should sell our house, I guardedly walked into one of Marcia's open homes and waltzed osut 15minutes later, confidently knowing I wanted her to sell my home - and had signed up with her within the week! Marcia is genuinely warm, friendly and most importantly (in realestate) knew her area and how to market the property. I entrusted Marcia with the keys to our home - and cheekily embarked on an overseas trip, leaving her to the stress and responsibility of open homes. Despite my leave of absence at a critical time - she kept n contact and gave me detailed and regular updates on how the open homes were progressing (I had more contact with Marcia than friends or family!) I didn't need to stress, I didn't need to worry - Marcia did that for me.... And in the end with great results.
