We looked at A LOT of houses before settling on the house we eventually bought. Through that process, we must have met Marcia over 20 times at opens over a two year period. Given that we were buyers in this transaction, here are my observations from the experience: 1) She sells a lot of houses in the Duncraig region. 2) She is always friendly. Even when there were issues to be discussed she was always professional. 3) She listens. 4) I often went to houses she was selling and thought, "There is no way she will get that price", only to be proven wrong. 5) Four weeks after settlement Marcia went out of her way to make a task easier for the seller after I gave her a quick call.
