This started with refreshing my apartment with new paint and carpet, as well as undertaking some repairs. Marco was outstanding in the way he organised the tradespeople involved so quickly and efficiently. The entire refresh was completed in just over a week, and having Marco on the spot to organise and coordinate the tradespeople was ‘gold’ given my remote location in Melbourne. Once the sales campaign got underway, Marco’s excellent service continued, always keeping me well informed of buyer interest and attendances at open inspections. The amount of information provided, particularly on the feedback and comments from each potential individual buyer was invaluable in keeping me appraised of how the sales campaign was going. This was backed up by almost daily messages from Marco on all developments and any issues that arose. Within 2 weeks of the sales campaign started, I received my first serious offer. In the end, this was the one and only offer I received, which was somewhat disappointing given the high level of interest in my property. However, retrospectively, I think I did well to get the price I did, thanks to Marco (and Andy’s) hard work and professionalism.
