I first met Marco when I was looking to purchase. I found him very easy to deal with, and I am hard to please. You tend to see the side you need to see when you are buying, you see how an agent will be dealing with your buyers when you sell. So many time, when I was buying I did not enjoy dealing with agents handling properties, they would be full of s**t or arrogant, or just annoying. I never bought from Marco, I ended up having to deal with one of the agents I just mentioned, but when it came time to sell… I remembered how he handled me as a buyer, and I knew I wanted him representing my interests in the sale. Well, it was the right decision. He got us the right price, and he handled us, the process and the buyers beautifully.
