He was able to organise great tradespeople to take care of decluttering, gardening and cleaning. They made sure the property looked its best using our existing furniture before it was photographed. On auction day everything ran like clockwork. The auctioneer was excellent, and before we knew it we had a record price from buyers who are very excited to be the new owners of the property.
