Post our viewing of the property in mid December 2022, most of our communications were done over the xmas and new year period. During this time both myself, my wife and Marco were on leave and travelling interstate. Marco was extremely accessible and prompt with all communications. We can't thank him enough for the time he took out of his personal leave for us during this period.

Marco the agent for the property we bought is a truly lovely person, very approachable and helpful. He was very patient with us when our finance was delayed couple time, and he had to go back and forth between us the buyers and his vendors. He has a fantastic work ethic and was on the phone with us on many occassions well past business hours. For this he deserves 10 stars not just the 5. He coordinated the whole process very well. Yes we paid more for the property than what we should have/ could have , more than the true value of the property, but the customer service from Marco we cannot fault. We are very grateful for all his help, especially towards the end when we had to bring forward the settlement date due to a very stressful personal crisis ,he did everything he could to make it work. Go see Marco if you're looking to buy/sell, you will be happy you did.
