Marcus was very thorough and informative in his approach and knowledge of the local market. It was evident from our initial discussions that Marcus was very experienced carrying out an auction type sale and the result for us was much better than we had expected. Marcus explained in detail what would be happening and offered great advise on what we should do to prepare the house for sale so that the property would sell with no delays. Marcus was very understanding to our needs in a difficult situation. Although the sale price of the property was well below what I expected, there wasn’t much that Marcus could do during these trying times.
