We are the previous Owners of the property at 24 Boardwalk Blvd, Halls Head. I would like to express my response to the review regarding the sale of the property. Here are the facts: 1. The buyers had family members view the property in person and signed off to say the viewing was satisfactory. 2. The buyers employed their own building inspector to complete the inspection in which absolutely everything was fixed and repaired AS PER THE CONTRACT by qualified professionals in which settlement agents and the building inspector signed off on. As it was part of the contract the property wouldn't have settled if repairs weren't 100% complete. 3. The building inspector did the final inspection on the buyers behalf 2 days before settlement in which the property was empty clean and tidy. (We have photos to prove it) - Again he signed off on it.
