Hi Tim, I have recently purchased a property through LJ Hooker Terrigal and was lucky enough to have the help of Marcus Bramham who was the agent for the place. Just thought I'd let you know how glad my wife and I were to have dealt with Marcus throughout the process. He was more than helpful and happy to answer all our questions. He was quick to reply and no request of ours seemed to much of a hassle for him. Also, just to top it off, I have never heard of any agent who does a quick tidy/clean up after the vendor has vacated. Not what we expected. I will definitely be recommending Marcus to friends/family in the future. If we ever need to buy or sell again we will come and see Marcus.
