Marcus assisted me with the purchase of a unit in Noosa.i am a senior real estate partner in a major law firm and so both critical and cynical - I know when someone is trying to take me for a ride.as the unit I was purchasing was not constructed, Marcus was at pains to highlight to me possible things that I might not Ike (eg: it was not certain what the view would be). His warnings turned out to be pessimistic and the unit turned out to be outstanding. When an issue arose on the contract ( not of Marcus’ making) he kept me informed throughout the process. As settlement approached, with the COVID 19 lockdown, I was unable to inspect the unit. Marcus was extremely helpful sending photographs and other information. I could gladly work with a Marcus again. This is a comment I would not make about every agent I have dealt with (and I am sure that agents would say the same about lawyers !).

I put my property on the market right before the Pandemic of Covid 19. Marcus was honest about the difficulties we might incur as inspections of the property were basically online only. Marcus 'promised' me, however, that he would be able to sell my property and to hang in there. I was dubious, as anyone would be, knowing the difficulties of selling a property at this time. I had absolutely nothing to worry about... the property was sold within my 90 day Selling Contract with him. Marcus gave us, with the benefit of hindsight, a realistic sale price range for our waterfront Noosaville apartment in an overheated market in October 2019 and which we chose to ignore. We finally appointed him as sales agent in February 2020 just prior to the Covid-19 impact and with a marketing campaign aligned with the real opportunity for buyers was able to achieve a sale in a very difficult market.
