Marcus was highly proffesional. At our first meeting he impressed us with his knowledge of the area and the campaign he proposed. He was targetting first home buyers & families which aligned with what we wanted. He advised us on what we need to do to get the house ready for sale and provided us with tradesmen etc. He was always available when we rang and provided support as this was not an easy process for us as we have lived in this house for 50 years. Finally he sold the property at the price we wanted despite the current conditions and only really 1 buyer. I would recommend Marcus to my family & friends.
