During my 84 years on the planet I have had many dealings with real estate agents from as far afield as Tasmania, Victoria and Qld and from my very first meeting with Marcus I was impressed by his obvious intelligence and his attention to market trends in the rapidly developing Bundaberg region. Once weekly Marcus set aside an hour to discuss in detail how the open homes went and what feedback to attend to before the next one. He was very astute in selecting the Labour Day holiday for an open home when other agents did not. This happened to be the day when an offer I couldn't refuse was presented to me resulting in the sale of my home. I would rate Marcus as a "standout" in the real estate world. He's young, energetic and engaging with good communication skills plus he negotiates cleverly. Five stars to Marcus Groth from me!
