Marcus was very quick to pick up that I had never bought a house before and was very helpful to a "first timer". His knowledge of the area and the real estate market impressed me. He didn't push and tried hard to make me feel relaxed during the deal. Marcus has been very obliging through the whole procedure and I am sure that this will continue until settlement and even after that.
The next ten years will be the test to see if the advice and price paid give the expected return. Lets hope we can buy another house next year!
