Marcus was so enthusiastic and positive the whole way through our sale. Initially we spoke to him just to get a rough estimate on our house value as we were looking to sell to a family member. We also got 2 other appraisals from other real estates. When our family member decided not to go ahead with the sale we went straight back to Marcus as we found him to be the best of the 3 and felt comfortable with him. He helped pick out the things we should improve around the house prior to putting it on the market and was completely transparent with us the whole time. He kept us informed after every open house and every time he had any interest in the house. Even when we got a little down after 5 weeks with no serious offers, he kept pushing and was able to get us a serious offer. Once the first serious offer was in he pushed and pushed to get a figure we were happy with, and even when we were happy with the figure he still pushed that little bit more. Marcus knows the area, is very knowledgeable and so enthusiastic and positive the whole way through. We couldn't have been happier with him.
