Maree helped the reviewer sell this property

The proof is in the price

When looking to sell our home we did some research into whom had been selling the most properties in our area. That is when we found Maree. We initially engaged Maree when we just had a toe in the water about selling and about to start renovating our house. Maree met with us and provided us with a comprehensive understanding of the current market. We then shared our plans and budget for renovation, in which Maree was instrumental in guidance so we did not over capitalise on our property. The end result was an agent whom worked with us and coached and guided us in the right direction to get the sale price we wanted in a swift manner. Maree took the time over many months, calling, texting, dropping by to check the progress of our renovation and to ensure we were on track. This kind of advice, time, kindness, and knowledge is something you can't buy. If you want a property consultant that is truly that, you must list with Maree.
