We have heard stories of agents overpraising and under delivering but this was certainly not the case with Maree. She did her homework and gave us a realistic estimate of what to expect. The property was marketed effectively and although it was passed in at auction, Maree was able to find a buyer after auction and negotiate a price on our behalf which we where very satisfied with and happy to accept.
