Maree's ability to recognise a genuine offer and working with her vendor to agreement was great. The local market is vibrant and some tactics are stressful. Maree did not engage in this approach and the experience was less nerve-wracking that the experience leading up to this point. Perhaps it helped that I was not able to inspect the properties prior to purchase and did not develop an emotional attachment to blur negotiations.
From the day I received a notice in the mail that Maree was going to be in the area of my Mum's property I knew it was time to start the process of selling the property. Maree helped enormously step by step, constant communication and explaining everything, as I had never sold property before. Maree gave me contacts to help get the property ready for sale. Once the property went on the market it was sold in just a week for much more than we asked for.
