Would recommend to both sellers and buyers.

After dealing with a few different agents during our search for a property we really came to appreciate Maree's approach. She clearly had the best interests of the seller at heart but she wasn't overly aggressive to us, as the buyers, which was very refreshing. She knows the area very well and was happy to give us advice. I'd recommend her to anyone selling (or buying!) in the area.
