Having dealt with many agents over the years, I would have to say that Maree was by far the most enthusiastic ( she took on getting the best price as though it was her own house she was selling) and the best communicator. Other agents say they will always keep you posted on what is happening, but Maree is the only one who has ever followed through on this. Her suggestions about presentation were also spot on. I couldn't recommend Maree highly enough.
