Mareena helped the reviewer sell this property

Exceptional from start to finish

I honestly cannot recommend Mareena and Izzy highly enough. Selling my home came at an incredibly stressful and complicated time, and from the beginning they were calm, patient, practical and incredibly supportive. They handled everything with professionalism and kindness while always focusing on achieving the best possible result. Mareena had a clear vision for how the house should be prepared, presented and marketed, and her attention to detail made a huge difference. What impressed me most was that she never pushed us to accept the first reasonable offer. She believed the house could achieve more and had the confidence and negotiating skill to hold her nerve. She was absolutely right. Izzy was fantastic throughout too. She was organised, responsive and always across what needed to happen next. This wasn’t an easy sale behind the scenes, and they handled it with incredible patience, sensitivity and professionalism. They worked exceptionally hard and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. I’m enormously grateful to them both and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
