Marek provided very helpful advice on things we needed to do early in the marketing period to ensure there were no hiccups and delays when the contract was signed. Like updating the smoke alarms and pool safety, so these were compliant before the contract was signed. He connected us quickly with trades people to help with some maintenance to ensure the house looked its best for inspections. Marek has a very wide range of connections that made life so much easier for getting done what needed to be done, quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. We never had to chase up Marek to find out what was happening during the marketing process or after the contract was signed, as he provided feedback about everything, every step of the way. We only had to think "Marek" and he would call! His communication was the best we have experienced in our many real estate transactions. Everything Marek promised or said he would do, he did. No exceptions. We threw some curve balls Marek’s way due to our challenging family situation, none of which phased him or caused us any additional angst.
