Marelle was very helpful throughout the sale, and 'walked me through' the parts I wasn't sure of. I did however have my doubts as to the supposed cooling off of the purchaser.......then securing the advertising fee, after which he(purchaser) came back on board.🤔 She did say a few times he was very indecisive! How do you hold your excitement when you finally find your dream house. And when you do, the journey has only just begun. From the second photo of this property I knew it was what I had been looking for. But, I didn’t know the area, had never even been in that part of the country and only found out about Meningie through Marrelle’s on going phone calls. With trepidation I sent an enquiry. I’m moving interstate from Queensland. I’m awaiting an offer on my house, I know it will be soon but I don’t know when. I would love to speak with you. By early the next morning I was on a guided online tour. I had fallen in love with not only the house but Marrelle’s love of her home town. Sending me videos of the lake early mornings or dusk, panning my new view at all hours of the day. The peace and quiet with only water birds telling tales. I was hooked. So simple. So easy. I did nothing but fill in a few forms. Marrelle has gone as far as finding services for me and suggesting social events and engagements. Because of Marelle’s first phone call I have decided to purchase a property I have still never seen live. I’m moving to a place where I know no one.
